Jimmy Tomlinson - A long overdue injection in the bottom
E-mail Jimmy:Jimmy@superflux.cc
Jimmy is the piece of the puzzle that we've been waiting to fall
into place in Superflux, and we're really excited to have him!
Jimmy's credits are a who's who of the Arkansas music scene; he's played with
everybody from college alternative favorites hazynation, to Taylor Made,
Mr.Meaner, and Nasvhille recording artists, Sum of Us. While spending a few
years in Fayetteville, Jimmy worked with The Bob Kramer Incident, winners
of Rock Band of the Year in the Ozark Music Awards.
In addition to his work in Arkansas, Jimmy has played with RCA
recording artist, Andy Childs. He also toured the southeast extensively,
from Florida to Biloxi, to Tunica, with the dance band, House Party, during
which time he had the honor of playing with Lou Graham.
In addition to being the newest member of Superflux, Jimmy also currently
handles bass duties for the great local "classic funky dance alternative
trippy hippy rock band", Mr. Happy. He's been playing and studying
music all his life, including years of piano lessons and studying bass at Memphis
State.
Despite his extensive musical accomplishments, Jimmy is most proud of being
father to Preston James and Alyssa Blue, both straight-A students at Elkins
schools in Northern Arkansas.
(Disclaimer: Here comes the ubiquitous trolling for babes...)
And yes, ladies.... he's single!
